Confirmed Service Customer

I drove from Hopkinsville for an 11:30 appointment. I was told the car would be ready by 1:30 pm. It had not even been started to be worked on at 1:30. I was then told it would be another hour before it was ready. I had to threaten to take it beck to my dealership in Hopkinsville before it was worked on. I did not leave the dealership until 3:00 pm. The total lack of customer service is unacceptable. I don't know why I had to make an appointment if the time wasn't honored. I won't be bringing my car back for any other service.
