I guess that actual service was ok from what we can tell. But when we went to pick our vehicle up the drivers side rear window was rolled down and it was 30degrees outside. When asking about why it was left down with our belongings inside we were told ���the tech must have left it down.��� Which is very strange considering we were there for an oil change and tire rotation.

Key drop box didn���t work. Left my keys in truck and called to tell you where they were and what was going on. Message never got relayed to gentleman working on my truck and work was started a day after was supposed to be done.

I waited over 2 1/2 hours the first day. I went back the next day with the other vehicle and waited over 3 1/2 hours and then they didn���t rotate the tires and did not even talk to me about it. I am very disappointed and unhappy right now.
