Confirmed Service Customer
Our last visit was just to replace the rod for the back hatch that pull it closed/pushes it open. This shouldn't have taken very long and was under warranty but we never got a call for an update until my wife called the next day to check on the status only to find out it was completed. I've complained about the lack of communication in the past and nothing has changed. I don't like leaving my vehicles overnight because the time because someone got in--because it wasn't locked--and stole several hundred dollars worth of stuff. We've still not been getting updates regarding that or reimbursement.
