Confirmed Service Customer
Had appointment for new battery. Waited over 2-1/2 hours. No one gave me a reason why so long. Saw my car finished out front, waited 20 minutes for someone to come and notify me it was finished. No one came. I went to the service area hoping to find out what took so long. Julie spotted me and had me wrung up. I've been dealing with Leachman for over 6 years, this is not the type of service I'm used to from Leachman. Pete Feider
